Fund the Pilot

Fund the First TAFT Pilot

Launch a new pathway to developing future educators.

TAFT Foundation is preparing to launch its first pilot cohort — a structured, research-informed program that transforms peer learning into leadership development.

This is a foundational moment.

Your support will not only fund a program,
but help establish a model with long-term implications for educational equity and teacher diversity.

What you are funding?

What your support enables:

Your investment will directly support the launch of the first TAFT pilot cohort:

– Training and supporting 20 student tutors
– Providing academic and leadership support to 40 learners
– Delivering a structured 12-week program
– Developing curriculum and learning materials
– Conducting research and evaluation aligned with the Scalable Peer Flux Leadership (SPFL) framework

This pilot will generate the first set of data, insights, and refinements needed for future scale.

Why now?

TAFT is at an early, high-leverage stage.

The first pilot will:

– Validate the program model
– Generate foundational research data
– Shape future program design
– Position TAFT for scale and larger funding opportunities

Early supporters play a critical role in making this possible.

This is an opportunity to be part of the foundation—not just the outcome.

WHy TAFT?

TAFT Foundation integrates:

– Nearly 30 years of educational practice and leadership
– A research-informed framework (SPFL) grounded in leadership theory
– A clear and scalable program model connecting learning and leadership

Unlike traditional tutoring programs,
TAFT is designed not only to improve academic outcomes,
but to develop future educators from within student communities.
