TAFT Academy is a planned educational initiative designed to support advanced learners aged 2–16, particularly those from diverse and low-income backgrounds who may lack access to enrichment opportunities.

The academy aims to provide early talent development, enrichment learning, and mentorship that nurture intellectual curiosity, creativity, and leadership potential.

When fully funded, TAFT Academy will complement the TAFT Program by creating an early pathway for talent development. While the TAFT Program focuses on youth leadership development for students in grades 8–12, TAFT Academy will support younger learners and prepare them for future participation in leadership and mentorship programs guided by the Scalable Peer Flux Leadership (SPFL) model.

Implementation of TAFT Academy will depend on future philanthropic support and partnerships.
